Privacy policy

Short version: we don't collect personal data, we don't use tracking cookies, and you never need an account.
What we collect
- Anonymous visit statistics. We count visits with Umami, a cookieless analytics tool that we run on our own server. It records page views, referrers, and country, browser and device type in aggregate. It sets no cookies, doesn't build profiles, and doesn't follow you to other sites. No analytics data is sold or shared.
- Technical logs. Like any website, our server may briefly keep request logs (which include IP addresses) to keep the site running and stop abuse. They are not used for analytics or advertising and are not kept long-term.
What we don't collect
- No accounts, logins, names, email sign-ups or payment details.
- No tracking cookies and no third-party trackers.
- We never ask for your game account, password or username.
Data stored in your browser
Some tools, like checklists and completion trackers, remember your progress using your browser's local storage. That data stays on your device and is never sent to us. Clearing your browser data for patchday.app deletes it.
Children
Many Roblox players are under 13, so we built PatchDay to work without collecting personal information from anyone. Our Roblox pages are treated as directed to children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children, and there is nothing on the site that asks for it. If you believe a child has sent us personal information (for example by email), contact us and we'll delete it.
Advertising
PatchDay doesn't show ads yet. If we add them, we will update this page first, ask for consent where the law requires it (including in the EEA and UK), and serve only non-personalised ads on pages for children's games.
Trending data
Our trending pages use public, aggregate player counts published by Roblox and Steam. They contain no information about individual players.
